21 Day Fix - Tally Sheets

After doing the 21 day fix, I actually got pretty good at calculating up the containers in my head.  However, it is still really nice to have a tally sheet that you can check off each day, especially if you are not following a specific menu.  So for my second round of the fix I decided to make my own.  (They do have some in the back of the Fix Eating Plan that you could just print off and laminate, but I thought the boxes were a little small.) 

This is what I came up with.  Feel free to print them out and use them.  I laminated the small ones, and just used a sheet protector for the large one.  Then I write on them with dry erase markers or crayons.  Easy to wipe off and you can start over the next day!!  AWESOME!  :)


I only made the large tally sheets for the first 2 calorie brackets because that is what my husband and I use, but I have all the brackets in the small form that you can download.  For FREE by the way!  I saw someone selling these on etsy for $2 - EXACTLY like mine!  Grrrr that makes me really mad!  Whatever.

I don't even care if you share these on your blogs or whatever but just make sure to give me props since I worked really hard on these. It's just common blogging courtesy to give credit where credit is due. Thanks!

Well, that's it for today!  This is seriously SUCH a great program!!  I know - portion control is not new, but I love how everything is pretty much done for you.  You don't have to think about anything.  Just follow the plan, mark off the boxes, do the workouts and BAM! - you're down a size or two in only three weeks!

  3. I just updated with PDF files for every calorie bracket. Hopefully this helps those who have had trouble printing them out, and those who wanted the other calorie brackets! :)

  4. Is each box counted as 1 serving size? Water is checked off for every 8oz...how much exercise?

  9. I am so sorry these are blurry! I made them in my Silhouette studio, so the only way to share it with others was to make it a jpeg file. Then, when I transferred it to a PDF file, it went a little blurry I guess. So the only thing I can suggest right now, is to right click on the picture and save or print. I will see if I can scan the image and save it another way. Mine are super clear!

    If anyone that is tech-savy has any suggestions for me, that would be awesome! :)

    So again, I'm sorry. I am going to work on this.

  13. Hi Beth ~ Thank you for sharing these great tally sheets! I like the pocket sized ones too. Could I trouble you to also email me the tally sheet for the 1800-2099 calorie range? Also, do you have a suggestion regarding the yellow containers. I can't eat wheat, bread, oatmeal, beans, etc. because I have an intolerance to these types of carbs. The book has a section for replacement food for the yellow containers, but they are only allowed 3 times per week. Any suggestions? Thank you, Carmela

  27. Kelli - Yes I will. There are 2 grey boxes for the tsp, and the other two that are a little darker and outlined in black, are for the scheduled workouts. Sorry if that's confusing. haha ;)

  35. Awesome! Thanks for this. And I was just trying to figure out how to come up with some sort of tally sheet other than something with a boring pencil. I love the idea of putting it in a sleeve and using dry erase markers! Thanks you so much for sharing! Can't wait to get started.

  40. I would not have been able to have such success with the 21-day fix without these checklists. I have lost 14 pounds and now that my husband sees how easy it has been to follow the program I'm back to print off a checklist for him as well. Thank you!

  42. I'm not sure if you're still reading these comments (I hope you are!), or if you're still willing to share the sharper version of these tracking sheets over email, but you are, I'd SO COMPLETELY appreciate it!

    A coworker and I are starting the fix on Monday, and I've been searching the internet for WEEKS to find the tracking sheet I like best, and yours are BETTER than the ones on etsy! They're perfect! If only they didn't download blurry...

    So if possible, I'd LOVE an email with the 1,500 version and the 1,800 version (dang coworker is skinnier than me!). Hell, if you want to start charging for them, I'd pay, gladly!
