  12. Love the layout on these sheets. I am 60, have done P90X for a few years and recently started Body Beast and I LOVE IT. Love the pump. Love the way it feels.

  20. Thank-you for taking the time out to make these sheets. Just bought the program, now it's time to put in the work. As a former athlete and current high school coach, I've been struggling with my weight for the last 6 years. Definitely need to get back into shape and more fit again. This is definitely going to help in my progress.

  34. This includes a check on your driver's license record, a DOT physical examination as well as a DOT drug screen. Top schools will also require the same testing typically before you attend or right at the beginning of the training before the program actually begins. hardees for diabetic
