Love the layout on these sheets. I am 60, have done P90X for a few years and recently started Body Beast and I LOVE IT. Love the pump. Love the way it feels.

Thank-you for taking the time out to make these sheets. Just bought the program, now it's time to put in the work. As a former athlete and current high school coach, I've been struggling with my weight for the last 6 years. Definitely need to get back into shape and more fit again. This is definitely going to help in my progress.
